I Know What It Means to Fall Apart — and Rebuild Again

I’ve lived through trauma, emotional neglect, burnout, dysregulation, and years of feeling unseen in my own story. I know how it feels when your body shuts down, your mind spirals, and your self-worth collapses.

Healing wasn’t a straight line. But through therapy, nervous system regulation, strength training, and deep inner work — I rebuilt my identity, my emotional safety, and my self-respect. And now, I help other women do the same — slowly, gently, and sustainably.
